Physical warm ups are a crucial component of preparing your body to sing.

Please warm up prior to rehearsals, performances even practicing at home.  If you are feeling pain when singing you must work to identify the cause.  Many times there can be a direct link to preparing your body to sing just as you would do musically.  By preparing physically prior to rehearsal, we will be able to spend more time working on our musical product!
