MARKETING COORDINATOR

  • Reports Marketing activities to Management Team at monthly meetings
  • Approves Marketing expenses and submits them to the Finance Coordinator
  • Prepares Marketing Team annual budget and submits same to the Finance Coordinator

Oversees Marketing for the chorus, including but not limited to:

  • Print media, online media, TV & Radio, Social Media – Facebook and AmericanTowns, SpinGo, etc
  • Maintains relationship with Region 1 and International Marketing campaigns
  • Approves and maintains any and all PR materials sent from BSC (Logo, banner, flyers, brochures, posters, business cards etc)
  • Presents all Marketing materials for approval by the Management Team
  • Actively seeks grant and fundraising potential working closely with fundraising team leader
  • Works closely with all teams
