MARKETING COORDINATOR
- Reports Marketing activities to Management Team at monthly meetings
- Approves Marketing expenses and submits them to the Finance Coordinator
- Prepares Marketing Team annual budget and submits same to the Finance Coordinator
Oversees Marketing for the chorus, including but not limited to:
- Print media, online media, TV & Radio, Social Media – Facebook and AmericanTowns, SpinGo, etc
- Maintains relationship with Region 1 and International Marketing campaigns
- Approves and maintains any and all PR materials sent from BSC (Logo, banner, flyers, brochures, posters, business cards etc)
- Presents all Marketing materials for approval by the Management Team
- Actively seeks grant and fundraising potential working closely with fundraising team leader
- Works closely with all teams
